Fly fished the Horseshoe again tonight for some bass. We got to the river at about 4h30, with a strong breeze blowing down the valley ahead of a few thunderstorms. Poppers didn’t work well and only once I changed to a purple rabbit tail woolly bugger did I have any luck. Chris also managed a few on a woolly bugger as well.
